• DIY + Drink: Lady Flashback’s Summertime Sangria

    IN THE MIX

    One bottle white wine

    2 peaches

    1 apricot

    Handful of blueberries

    Lemon juice to taste

    Sparkling seltzer water

     

     

    For this summer sangria, I chose fruit that’s juicy and alcohol absorbent.  Pour the entire bottle of dry white wine (I chose Chardonnay) over the fresh cut and squeezed fruit and let it sit overnight to soak. The next day, add some seltzer and enjoy!

    *The overnight infusing enhances the flavors,  but it still tastes great with just wine, seltzer and fruit served immediately, add ice if needed.
